SCIS-ISIS 2012 is the flagship international<br \/>\nconference of Soft Computing in Asia, that attracts several hundred participants<br \/>\nall over the world. Asian languages (e.g. Japanese,<br \/>\nKorean and Chinese) may be available as a LIMITED assisting service of web announcement<br \/>\nand E-mail correspondence. In case of any conflicts, English communication should be<br \/>\nconsidered official.<br \/>\nOrganized session proposal.<br \/>\nInterested organizers should prepare the following information and submit online.<br \/>\nAlternatively, our Program Co-chairs (Special Organized Sessions) may contact and<br \/>\nask you to consider organizing some session(s) &#8212; to assure broad participation from<br \/>\nrelated subjects and fields.<br \/>\n1. Session title.<br \/>\n2. Organizer(s) (name, affiliation and E-mail address).<br \/>\n3. List of at least three (3) papers (tentative titles and their authors).<br \/>\n4. Presentation mode: oral or poster.<br \/>\nFull paper.<br \/>\nAuthors are invited to prepare full papers of four (4) to six (6) pages (maybe<br \/>\nextended up to eight (8) pages but subject to an additional fee) in IEEE style<br \/>\nincluding results, figures, and references. All full papers should be submitted<br \/>\nonline. Full papers will be rigorously and competitively peer reviewed. All accepted<br \/>\nfull papers will be published in the conference proceedings and archived in IEEE Xplore.<br \/>\nPaper awards will be prized to outstanding full papers. In addition, revised and<br \/>\nextended versions of selected papers will be invited to post-conference publication<br \/>\nsuch as books and special issues of quality journals. For the readability assurance,<br \/>\nEnglish proofread service by qualified editors will be available upon requests from<br \/>\nthe authors. Full papers may be asked to reduce their length to be short papers<br \/>\nwhen necessary.<br \/>\nShort paper.<br \/>\nAuthors are invited to prepare short papers of two (2) to four (4) pages in IEEE<br \/>\nstyle including results, figures, and references. All short papers should be<br \/>\nsubmitted online. Short papers will be peer reviewed in a comprehensive manner.<br \/>\nAll accepted short papers will be published in the conference proceedings.<br \/>\nEnglish proofread service (full papers only).<br \/>\nFull papers may be proofread by qualified editors, upon requests from the authors.<br \/>\nThis proofread is NOT a part of the peer review, thus is NEVER used for or against<br \/>\nthe acceptance decision making. The results will be returned electrically together<br \/>\nwith the peer review reports. Authors are responsible to (or not to) reflect the<br \/>\nresults together with suggestions from peer reviewers. In case of conflicts, authors<br \/>\nshould consider comments from reviewers more so than those from editors. When too<br \/>\nmany requests are placed, only selected papers will be proofread.<br \/>\nPresentation.<br \/>\nAll accepted papers (full and short) will be invited to the conference presentations.<br \/>\nAuthors may request their preference from the following:<br \/>\n*Oral on-site presentation (available for full papers only).<br \/>\n*Oral teleconference presentation (available for full papers only).<br \/>\n*Poster presentation (available for both full and short papers).<br \/>\nAll authors in an organized session should request the same option in consultation<br \/>\nwith the organizer(s). The city is surrounded by a rich set of cultures and natures &#8212; Kobe beef,<br \/>\nKobe sweets, classy foreign residences in Kitano area, Arima hot spring, and Mt. Rokko<br \/>\nto list a few &#8212; while maintaining their economical and technological significance<br \/>\nsuch as headquarters of over 100 international corporations and the world\u2019s fastest<br \/>\nsupercomputer (&#8216;Kei&#8217;). Well-situated in the heart of Kansai, many historically and<br \/>\nculturally attractive sites, including Kyoto and Osaka, are within its proximity and<br \/>\neasily accessible with our efficient transportation. With so many things to see and do<br \/>\nin the city and surrounding area, it is the ideal location for a few extra days of<br \/>\npre- or post-conference recreation. Lastly but not the least, Kobe is safe and cozy<br \/>\n&#8212; far from the most recent catastrophe if this is your concern. In fact, this is the<br \/>\nbest place for all prayers to be united &#8212; as the role model of remarkable recovery<br \/>\nfrom the previous one.
